In the dozen years since the devastating flood, the City’s unique balance of cultural heritage and forward looking artistic innovation has helped New Orleans’ economy stabilize and thrive. A big part of the reason why are non-profit institutions dedicated to preserving links to the past while creating the ingredients for a dynamic and unpredictable cultural future.
